Technical cooling solution based on the latest CO2 technology
About the project
The project done in cooperation with MB Frigo Group is the installation of refrigeration units in the production plant of Gastro ribarnica Brač, which deals with the catch, purchase, and distribution of fresh and frozen fish. Gastro fish market Brač is a modern company that has introduced many innovations in the process of supplying restaurants with fish.
On this project, a technical cooling solution based on the latest CO2 technology was performed.
Work on the plant included:
- VRV system for complete air conditioning of office spaces,
- the cooling system of the complete fish processing plant (refrigeration units contain CO2 as a cooling medium),
- paneling the complete drive with insulating panels.
Unutar prostora se nalaze dvije minus komore (-20oc), tri plus komore (2-4oC), ledomat za proizvodnju leda, šoker za brzo hlađenje proizvoda i konfiskat za skladištenje ribljeg otpada. Kompletan sustav je umrežen na centralno računalo za upravljanje i nadzor sustava.
